Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or items marked "Final Sale"

  • Innerwear or personal hygiene items

  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
